Uganda dropped from 73rd to 75th position in the world as per the latest FIFA World rankings while #AFCON2017 winners Cameroon climbed 29 places into 33rd the position.

But even with such a leap, Egypt, the silver-medalists are Africa’s best ranked nation at 23rd position in the world.

Despite movement downstairs, composition of the top five teams remains unchanged for the February ranking. Argentina (1), Brazil (2), Germany (3), Chile (4) and Belgium (5) hold onto their positions while France moved one place to 6th position while Colombia are 7th.
